DoneLine helps you keep track of recurring tasks, renewals and household chores. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and your choices. It applies to the DoneLine website and the DoneLine apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Huawei devices. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR.

We don't collect contacts, precise background location, health records from other apps, or advertising identifiers.

On the free plan, DoneLine may show an occasional sponsored recommendation that matches something you track (for example a car-service offer when you track a car service). Matching happens on our servers; no personal information is shared with sponsors, there are no advertising networks or trackers, and health-related events are never used for matching. Paid plans show no sponsored recommendations.

Who else can see your information

Only you, unless you share an event with a household: then the people in that household can see and log that event, see who logged it, and see your name and profile picture. Calendar links you create are private but work for anyone who has the link; you can reset or turn them off in Settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your account, events, logs, photos and profile picture from our systems; backups age out within 30 days. Sessions and notifications are cleaned up automatically over time.

Your rights and choices

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, sessions expire and can be signed out everywhere, and photos are only served to people allowed to see them.

Children

DoneLine is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
