By creating a DoneLine account or using the DoneLine website or apps, you agree to these terms.
The service
DoneLine helps you record when you do things and reminds you when they may be due. Predictions, weather and outage suggestions are estimates: please don't rely on DoneLine for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm (for example critical medication, legal deadlines or safety checks) without your own backup.
Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what you add, including what you share with a household. Don't use DoneLine for anything unlawful or to harass others.
Plans and payments
The free plan has limits described on the Plans page. Paid plans (Plus, Family, Family Plus) are monthly subscriptions charged in South African rand; prices shown in other currencies are estimates. Subscriptions bought on the website are handled by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Plans → Manage subscription; they stay active until the end of the paid period. A Family or Family Plus owner's plan covers the members of their household while it is active. Refunds follow the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run DoneLine for you and the people you share it with. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DoneLine available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we make significant changes to these terms we'll tell you in the app.
Liability
DoneLine is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by missed or incorrect reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
